Our Commitment to Quality and Your Peace of Mind

We stand behind every component we supply. Every power steering rack, pump, and steering component in our inventory is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty extends to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

All power steering racks, pumps, steering components, and other automotive parts we supply are covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person or vehicle.

We take every step to ensure the quality of our products. Every part is inspected and tested before it reaches you. However, if a manufacturing defect is discovered, we are here to make it right.

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

In the event of a dispute, an agreed mutual third party may be obtained to adjudicate the claim.

Customer Responsibilities – Protecting Your Warranty

To protect your warranty, you agree to the following conditions. Failure to do so will void any warranty given.

9.1 Vehicle Inspection

All vehicle systems should be inspected for proper function and compatibility before installation. Receipts of this work may be requested upon any warranty claim.

9.2 Related Components

Renew all belts, hoses, sensors, filters, fluids, and related components where applicable. For power steering systems, ensure proper fluid levels and cooling systems are in working order.

9.3 Proper Diagnosis

Wrong diagnosis of vehicle faults strictly results in a non-refund or a non-returnable item. Other items may come under a consideration credit note, but that is at our own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective part as described above. We are not liable for:

  • Any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products

  • Labour costs for removal or installation

  • Towing costs

  • Loss of income

  • Any other costs due to failure of any parts supplied by us

By installing our products, you release us from liability for labour, towing, and any other costs due to failure of any parts supplied by us.

Please review our returns policy carefully:

  • No returns after 7 days from the date of invoice

  • Any special buy-ins will not be accepted for credit

  • Any parts that have been dismantled or pulled apart are void of all return or warranty claims

  • All Special Order Items are NON-returnable
